1. General Return Policy At Global Eye Solutions, we guarantee that all IT infrastructure, networking, and security hardware sold is 100% genuine and brand new. Due to the sensitive nature of these products and to ensure the security of our customers, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for "change of mind" or incorrect orders placed by the customer. Please ensure your system requirements and product choices are correct before completing your purchase.
2. Dead on Arrival (DOA) and Defective Items If you receive a product that is defective out of the box or Dead on Arrival (DOA), you are eligible for a replacement.
You must notify our technical support team within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
The item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories.
Our technical team will inspect the item. If the defect is confirmed and not caused by misuse, power surges, or improper installation, we will issue a replacement of the same model.
3. Manufacturer Warranty Claims For issues that occur after the initial 48-hour period, the product is covered by the official manufacturer’s warranty (e.g., TP-Link, Grandstream, etc.).
Global Eye Solutions will assist you in connecting with the authorized distributor to process your warranty claim.
Warranty covers factory defects only and does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or electrical damage caused by unstable power supplies.
4. Order Cancellations
Before Dispatch: If you need to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately. If the order has not yet left our facility, we will cancel it without any penalty.
After Dispatch: If the order is already with our courier, it cannot be canceled.
5. Refund Processing (If Applicable) In the rare event that a refund is approved by management (e.g., an item is out of stock after payment was made via OMT/Whish), the refund will be processed back to you via the original digital payment method (OMT or Whish Money) within 3 to 5 business days. We do not provide cash refunds for COD orders once the courier has left the premises.
